Shipping, Returns, & Refunds


Please carefully read the following terms, conditions and instructions regarding your orders and shipments:

General Shipping Policy:

We offer our customers three types of shipping options:

  1. Banigala Mall Standard Shipping service could take 3-7 business days for delivery

  2. Our standard shipping service utilizes Leopards Courier Services.

  3. Leopards Courier Services will always call the customer before delivery. If your order is not delivered because you did not answer the delivery courier’s call Banigala Mall will not be responsible for the missed delivery. The customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment of the purchased products.

Delivery Time:

  1. Overnight: Your selected items are delivered to most cities within Pakistan the next day. Packaging is included in shipping charges of the product you select.

  2. Economy: Your selected items are delivered to most cities in Pakistan within 3 to 4 days. Additional handling charges, which include box/boxes and tape, would be charged to the customer.

  3. Overland: Your selected items are delivered to most cities in Pakistan within a week. Additional handling charges, which include box/boxes and tape, would be charged to the customer.

  4. All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center.

Shipping Policies:

  1. The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We do not make address adjustment unless notified. So please verify you enter the correct address. Please be certain your address is correct regardless of your ordering process, before finalizing your order. We will not be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. If you happen to catch that you entered the wrong address you can email us at customerservice@banigalamall.com with the correct shipping address before your order is shipped. Once shipped we will not be responsible for the wrong address.

Order Processing Times:

  1. Please allow 24 hours to process your order, all orders processed afterb5 pm will be considered next business day order (except holidays and weekends). Shipping is usually 3-7 business days. Orders submitted on weekends will be processed within 2 business days.

  2. Banigala Mall Standard Shipping service provides delivery confirmation for all of our orders. All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

  1. If a package is returned to Banigala Mall due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Banigala Mall is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  1. Banigala Mall is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Banigala Mall will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. The customers may have their purchased product insured against theft or damage at an additional cost of 2% or the value of the product. Products valued at less than Rs:5000/- value will be insured at a minimum of Rs:5000/- value.

Damaged Product and Incorrect Orders:

  1. Banigala Mall will investigate claims for damaged products or incorrect orders on a case-by-case basis in collaboration with the shipping company. After the investigation has been completed and a responsible party has been identified, Banigala Mall will adjudicate the claim. Please report any claims via phone or email (customerservice@banigalamall.com) within 5 business days of receiving the damaged product or an incorrect order.

Items not in Stock:

  1. We strive to have all of our products available for immediate shipment. Due to popularity and high demand for our products, some products may go on back order or may not be available any more. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs.

Refund and Money Back Guarantee

  1. Banigala Mall stands behind the products we sell. If there is any discrepancy with your order please contact us via email or phone between 10:30 am to 5:30 pm the next business day.

  2. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be changed or cancelled.

  4. To obtain a refund, simply return the unused purchased product/products with a note containing your name and address to this address: Shipping/Returns Department, Banigala Mall, c/o Leopards Courier Office, Khattak Plaza, Main Road, Banigala, Islamabad.

  1. We are committed to excellence and satisfaction of our customers. If for some reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your order, Please return all unused products. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order within 3 days in their original packing without any damage or use.
